KCFC 2024 Submission Policies, Guidelines, and Processes

Peer Review Process

Reviewers are aware of the authors' identities, but authors do not know the reviewers' identities. This aims to reduce bias while ensuring a fair assessment. (Single-blind review)

Submissions are evaluated based on originality, technical quality, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference's scope.

Ethical Statement

All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. Authors should disclose any overlapping content from prior publications.

Submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Any instance of plagiarism will result in rejection and possible sanctions against the authors.

AI-Generated Content Policy

Authors must clearly indicate the use of AI tools in their research and submission preparation. This includes specifying the extent of AI assistance in writing or data analysis.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Human authors are responsible for the integrity and content of the submission.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism includes using another's work without proper citation, including text, ideas, and data. Strict measures are in place to handle detected plagiarism.

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is detected, the submission will be rejected, and authors may face further disciplinary actions.
